I use WPforms to create forms that load into Elementor page templates I use with the Modal Box. I can size the modal box. However, after a user presses the call to action button in a form, a WPforms form posts a confirmation message in the modal box, for example, “Thanks for requesting a list of homes for sale. We are work on your request and will send it shortly. Have a great day!” The the form automatically scrolls up the modal box as well to make sure the message is visible. That works perfectly when I add the modal box into an Elementor page. But your modal box seems to revert to full size and the scroll never reaches the confirmation message. Can you help to correct that? Thanks.
Hope you’re doing well today 🙂
I’m not sure what can cause such a thing, so I would be glad to check things further from your end, so could you please share a link where I can see the issue on my end so I can see what is actually going there?
