Premium Particles

Hello!
The Premium Particles are not working with the newest Elementor Update.
The problem is the same on different homepages.

Is it possible to fix this problem?

Hope everything is going fine with you today 🙂

Actually, we have updated particles.js version included in the plugin, so all you need to do is clear your browser/site cache to make sure the updated JS code is loaded into your page.

Hi!

I’m having the same issue. Particles, Kenburns, Animated background… None of them are working. I already cleared the cache, as you said, both plugins are up to date but still the same. I even tried on a different WP installation but with the same result.

Do you have some errors in console?

First, I searched for errors in the console but nothing showed. After some testing, I realized the problem has to do with Elementor, with the new version, specifically with global settings.

Everything fine with Premium Addons! 😀

Actually, all the issue was already fixed in v2.0.8. So, could you please make sure that you have the latest versions of Preium Addons Free/Pro installed on your website?

Please note that the latest version of Premium Addons Pro is v2.0.9
