Image Carousel not showing same size images

Hello,

This is my site – https://syncup.co.in/ . I am using the image carousel here. I have two issues, which I am seeking assitance with.

I have a 3 image carousel.

The first image appears large on desktop but small on mobile. Why so?
All 3 images on templates have the same size as 400 * 400. But when they appear on desktop/mobile there sizes are not uniform. Like for example the height of Search slider and Join slider are both 500px, then why are they shown of different heights.
