Elementor editor crashes all the time with Elementor Addons active

Hi.

We use your plugin Premium addons for elementor and we have a real big problem in our site. When we try to edit any page, Elementor editor crashes.

We tried to change theme, deactivate plugins and the only thing that worked was deactivating your plugin. Even only using some widgets (deactivating the others in the plugin settings) it crashes.

We need to have a solution As Soon As Possible, because the site is from one of our clients and he is requesting to make it work.

I’m not putting pressure on you. I only want to know if there are similar issues in your support database that can guide us to a solution. If we can’t find one in the following days we can only stop using the plugin. I’m sorry to say that because it has beautiful widgets, but first of all is reliability.

Hi Team,

Today only i purchased your pro addon, i am also facing same issue. It is crashing elementor and also your templates and widgets are not adding into pages. We are facing lot of issues. in my website there is no other plugin also. Installed only elementor and your plugin and your pro addon. We bought your plugin as liked very much by seeing your landing pages. But now it is not working any more.

Please give us a solution ASAP.
