Charity Demo Acces and instructions where can I find in Dashboard ?

Hi ! I successfully imported Charity Demo and now I am going to set and customize my site, but in Customize I can’t find this Demo, I don’t see any file in the WP Dashboard. Where is the access to the settings according to Charity Demo and where can I find the instructions to follow? Thank you very much for your patience. I am the owner of the site and I am not an IT specialist, but so far, starting with 2015, I have managed well with its administration. Thank you for your patience and support !
