When the page loads, or even when I am plugging in the url into the video widget while developing, the audio for the video begins playing immediately. I have to hit play and then pause to stop the audio.

    Hello rblackburn,

    Hope you’re having a great day ๐Ÿ™‚

I need to have a farther check on the page you’re having this issue, nothing on our end plays the video automatically, but we can check that for you, so may I ask you to send a link for the page with this issue ?

    Thanks,
    Abanob

Sorry, I replied via email. It wasn’t until just now when my mail program told me it was giving up trying to send the email that I noticed this was the communication method you wanted.

Here is the link to an example of the issue: http://brbfamily.com/videotest/

    Hello rblackbum,

    I hope you’re having a great day ๐Ÿ™‚

First of all, sorry for being late to reply, we’re working on the PRO version of Premium Addons for Elementor ๐Ÿ˜‰

I can see that you’re using a custom video link “http://brbfamily.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/tpishop-promo-2018.mp4” for the Premium Video Box widget. Using custom videos from a source other than Youtube or Vimeo can cause this issue, because Autoplay is compitable only with Youtube or Vimeo videos, you can upload your video on Youtube or Vimeo and put the Id or the URL in video Id/URL field.

If you still have any issues, suggestions or questions, please don’t hesitate to feed me back ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thanks,
    Abanob
