Was building out a page then got a 500 error on the site – after troubleshooting, it was found to be the Premium Addons plugin.
I disabled the plugins Premium Addons for Elementor + Premium Addons PRO > the site was then fine.

Reactivated the plugins > updated the plugin to latest ver and the site was fine.

Went back to the page and there were no elements where I used the Premium Addons – nothing saved!!!

Why would it not save in the DB as other plugins do?

What happens if we have another problem and have to deactivate the plugin again > then reactivate it > but based on what just happened, we would lose everything and have to build the site again in areas where we used the plugin.

Is there something I am missing here or does this plugin not save anything?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for contacting Leap13 support!

I’m not sure what can cause such things, so I would be so glad to check things further from your end, so please open a ticket on our support system from here.

    Thanks,

    Thanks for your response.
Not sure either – nor do our hosting guys.

After deactivating the plugin and re-activating it – the site is fine!
Clearly, it just had a moment 🙁

Unfortunately, all Premium Addons for Elementor + Premium Addons PRO content was lost in the process.
This is what is most annoying.

Luckily I so happened to have another test site open and pasted the entire page between URLs just as it happened – so I still have the content.
Backups were done as well, but that’s not the point.
We still need to find out with this happeneded.

Since re-activating the plugin, I have added the plugin content from the other url to the page and the site is still fine, so I really do not know what happened.

Have also opened up a ticket to look further into this.

This just happened to me, as well. I deactivated the premium addon and realized it was the cause why elementor loaded so slow. After reactivating the plugin all content build with premium addon does not reappear anymore. I am so angry right now.
