I can see the issue, but I’m not sure what could be the cause of that, so I need to have a deeper check but I will need an admin access credentials for your WordPress site to be able to check this for you 🙂

Concerning your access credentials, those are sensitive data, and your security is important for us :), so you can submit a ticket on our ticket system, this will protect the access credentials 🙂
